- Our Approach
Bedrooms made around you.
For more than 20 years, J Holmes Bedrooms has been designing, manufacturing and installing made-to-measure bedroom furniture for homes across Manchester, Cheshire and the surrounding areas.
As a family-owned business based in Poynton, we believe the best fitted furniture starts with the room and the people who use it. That means no standard sizes and no one-size-fits-all layouts — just considered bedroom furniture designed around your space, your storage and your style.
Every bedroom presents different possibilities. The shape of the room, available wall space, position of the furniture and what you need to store all influence how the finished design should work.
That’s why we consider every detail — from wardrobe proportions and door finishes to hanging space, shelving, drawers, lighting and accessories. The aim is simple: to create a bedroom that feels organised, considered and completely right for the way you live.
- About us
More than design, We create places you never want to leave
Every project we take on begins with listening — understanding not just the dimensions of a room, but the personality, rhythm, and ambitions of the people who will inhabit it. The result is always deeply personal, always functional, and always beautiful.
True transformation begins the moment your space starts reflecting who you truly are & who you are becoming
